About Us at Travel Nurse Coach

My name is Janet and I have been a registered nurse since 1971. Growing up I was a traveler. My father’s career allowed my family to live in many places. We lived in Scarsdale New York, Ontario,Canada, St. Andrews Scotland, Winnipeg, Manitoba and Vancouver British Columbia. Working as a RN I lived in Oklahoma, Northern British Columbia and Ontario Canada. The last six years I have been a travel nurse and worked on several assignments including Maui. What great adventures traveling brings.

My hobbies include crafts, sewing, music, live theater, reading and writing. We have four children and three grandchildren and love spending time with them.

John my husband has worked in audio visual,computer technology and has owned his own business. He retired from his career in the education system in 2001 so we could travel together. He is the webmaster of our website www.travel-nurse-coach.com.

John’s hobbies include golf,photography,karate and writing. He also has the distinction of being a competent Toastmaster in both Canada and U.S.
