Arizona is part of the NLC Nurse License Compact. Bill does not reside in a NLC state so he cannot take advantage of moving his nurse license from one NLC state to another.The official website to access Arizona information regarding nurse license is www.azbn.gov Once Bill accesses the homepage he will go to the right hand corner, then click on "Download application". Here is our overview: Bill can download the application from the above website. Fingerprinting is required but can be done in another state. Bill does have a nurse license in another state (California). He cannot transfer his license because California is not part of the NLC.
