Traveling RN MauiOur OverviewI applied on line for a nurse license by endorsement. Foreign nurses who are licensed in another state or U.S. jurisdiction are not required to have their education requirements evaluated by a professional educator. A Traveling RN must supply a social security number with their application. I did receive a temporary license while waiting for a Nurse license. Note (Only one temporary license is issued.) You must send a photocopy of your current license and an original verification of employment form. This form must be signed by your employer. Letter of hire is not acceptable. Other requirements are listed on the website and requirements do change.
